In order to solidly promote the innovation and entrepreneurship education in 2022, continuously stimulate students' enthusiasm to innovation and entrepreneurship, present students' innovation and entrepreneurship education achievements, and build a platform to match university students' innovation and entrepreneurship projects with social investment, the 1st Aire Cup Innovation and Entrepreneurship Online Invitational Competition will be launched soon.

大赛设立组织工作委员会（简称大赛组委会）。组委会秘书处设在工商管理学院创新创业中心，具体负责赛事的组织实施与联络协调。同时大赛设立大赛专家委员会。委员会将聘请社会投资机构、行业企业、大学科技园和高校资深教授作为成员，负责参赛项目的评审工作。

The organizing committee of the competition was established. The secretariat of the Organizing Committee is located in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center of Business School of Hunan University, which is specifically responsible for the organization and implementation of the competition as well as the liaison and coordination. At the same time, the competition has set up a competition expert committee. The committee will employ senior professors from social investment institutions, industry enterprises, university science and technology parks and universities as members to be responsible for the evaluation of the participating projects.

3.高教国际赛道介绍（以下简称“国际”）

Introduction to the Higher Education International Track (hereinafter referred to as "International")

1.大赛鼓励跨学科项目，允许跨学校组建团队参赛。每个团队不少于3人，原则上不多于15人。

The competition encourages interdisciplinary projects and allows teams to be form across schools. Each team should have no less than 3 people and in principle no more than 15 people.

2.“国际”赛道参赛队员中必须一半以上为国外高校就读学生或国外高校毕业5年以内的毕业生（本硕博均可）。

More than half of the team members of the "International" track must be students of foreign universities, or graduates of foreign universities within 5 years of graduation (open to undergraduate, graduate, doctoral students).

3.高教国际赛道组别分为创意组、初创组和成长组。

The “International“ is divided into creative, start-up and growth groups.

(1)创意组。参赛项目具有较好的创意和较为成型的产品原型或服务模式，在2022年4月25日前尚未完成工商登记注册。团队负责人及成员须均为全日制在校本科生或研究生。

Creative group. The participating projects have good ideas and more formed product prototypes or service models, and have not yet completed business registration at the Industry and Commerce Bureau in China before 25th April in 2022. Team leaders and members must be full-time undergraduate or graduate students.

(2)初创组。参赛申报人须为初创企业法人代表，须为全日制在校生或毕业5年以内的学生；参赛项目工商登记注册未满3年（2019年4月25日后注册）。

Start-up Group. The participant must be the legal representative of the start-up enterprise, and must be a full-time student or a student within 5 years of graduation; the year of business registration of the project at the Industry and Commerce Bureau in China is less than 3 years (registered after 25th April in 2019).

(3)成长组。参赛申报人须为企业法人代表，须为全日制在校生或毕业5年以内的学生；参赛项目工商登记注册3年以上（2019年4月25日前注册）。

Growth Group. The participant must be the legal representative of the enterprise, and must be a full-time student or a student within 5 years of graduation; the project has been registered for business registration in China for more than 3 years (registered before 25th April in 2019).

4.竞赛内容Competition content

比赛将采用线上团队竞赛方式进行，分为3个环节：

The “International” is conducted as an online team competition and is divided into 3 sessions：

（1）海选赛Qualification

参加国际赛道的团队要求在5月15日前提交参赛项目PPT以及Word形式的商业计划书。组委会将根据商业计划书选取队伍晋级复赛。

Teams participating in International tracks are required to submit a PPT of their project as well as a business plan in Word format within a specified period of time. The competition committee will select teams based on their business plans to advance to the final round.

（2）复赛Semi-Final

复赛采用“8+7”模式，即8分钟的团队陈述加上7分钟的评委提问环节。评委通过初赛打分细则，对项目内容，计划潜力，团队表现等多个维度进行打分，最终决出决赛名额

The "8+7" model is used for the semi-final, i.e. 8 minutes for the team presentation and 7 minutes for the judges' questions. The judges will score the project content, project potential, team performance and other dimensions through the preliminary round scoring rules to determine the finalists.

（3）决赛Final

延续“8+7”模式。决赛评委将着重考核参赛团队创业计划书中的项目原创性，市场分析资料，营销策略资料，人员与组织结构，财务分析报告，利润预测资料，风险分析与对策资料,企业的愿景等方面。通过决赛打分细则，对项目进展，项目表现，团队现场表现等多个方面进行打分，最终决出大赛结果。

The "8+7" model will be continued. The judges will focus on the originality of the project, market analysis, marketing strategy, personnel and organization, financial analysis, profit forecast, risk analysis and countermeasures, and vision of the company. Through the final scoring rules, the project progress, project performance, team performance and other aspects of the scoring, and finally decided the competition's result.

5.奖项设置Awards

本次赛事国际赛道共设一等奖奖金5000人民币、二等奖奖金3000人民币、三等奖奖金2000人民币以及优秀奖奖金1000人民币。

The international track has a total prize of 5000 RMB for the first prize, 3000 RMB for the second prize, 2000 RMB for the third prize and 1000 RMB for the merit award.

6.赛事福利Competition Benefits

湖南大学工商管理学院拥有专业的全英文短期培训项目国际创新创业训练营（ITCIE）。ITCIE项目通过聘请学院资深的创新创业教授及拥有海外教育背景的优秀老师组成强大的师资团队，从校内教学，案例分析，校外企业，实践学习等.用英文授课方式培养一批既懂行业又兼具创新创业核心技能的新一代人才。

Business School of Hunan University has a professional short-term training program delivered in English which is International Training Camp of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (ITCIE). The ITCIE program employs a strong faculty of senior innovation and entrepreneurship professors and outstanding teachers with overseas education backgrounds to provide on-campus teaching, case studies, off-campus enterprises, and hands-on learning. The program is designed to train a new generation of talents who understand the industry and have the core skills of innovation and entrepreneurship.

所有参加了本次创新创业大赛的学生均可免初试报名秋季学期的ITCIE项目，并有机会获得ITCIE项目的免学费资格。前10名的获奖团队更能获得直邀资格，且学费全免。详情可以联系湖南大学工商管理学院国际中心获取更多资料。

All students who participated in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition will be exempted from the preliminary examination to register for the ITCIE program in the fall semester and will have the opportunity to receive a tuition waiver for the ITCIE program. The top 10 winning teams are more likely to receive direct invitations and full tuition fee waivers. 7.报送材料要求Application Instructions

所有参加海选的项目务必在5月15日前将填写的比赛申请书及商业计划书（word和ppt版的）以电子邮件的形式发送到比赛官方指定邮箱(hnubsio@hnu.edu.cn)。文件统一命名为“团队名称+学校+参赛组别+负责人姓名”。组委会将会给予一封报名成功的邮件。

All projects participating in the qualifications must send their completed competition application form and business plan (word and PowerPoint versions) to the official competition email address （hnubsio@hnu.edu.cn) by 15th May, 2022. The file is recommended to be named as "Team Name + University+ The Competing Category + Name of the person in charge". The organizing committee will respond your e-mail upon successful registration.
