为扎实推动创新创业教育，持续激发学生的创新和创业热情，展示学生在创新创业教育方面的成果，并搭建一个将大学生创新创业项目与社会投资对接的平台，湖南大学工商管理学院决定举办2025年中国国际大学生创新大赛国际赛道邀请赛。

In order to solidly promote the innovation and entrepreneurship education in 2025, continuously stimulate students' enthusiasm to innovation and entrepreneurship, present students' innovation and entrepreneurship education achievements, and build a platform to match university students' innovation and entrepreneurship projects with social investment, Business School of Hunan University decided to hold the 2025 International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Invitational Competition.

一、大赛机构 Competition Committee

主办方：湖南大学工商管理学院

Host: Business School of Hunan University

大赛设立组织工作委员会（简称大赛组委会）。组委会秘书处设在工商管理学院创新创业中心，具体负责赛事的组织实施与联络协调。同时大赛设立大赛专家委员会。委员会将聘请社会投资机构、行业企业、大学科技园和高校资深教授作为成员，负责参赛项目的评审工作。

The organizing committee of the competition was established. The secretariat of the Organizing Committee is located in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center of Business School of Hunan University, which is specifically responsible for the organization and implementation of the competition as well as the liaison and coordination. At the same time, the competition has set up a competition expert committee. The committee will employ senior professors from social investment institutions, industry enterprises, university science and technology parks and universities as members to be responsible for the evaluation of the participating projects.

二、高教国际赛道介绍（以下简称“国际”）Introduction to the Higher Education International Track (hereinafter referred to as "International")

I. Entry Requirements参赛要求

1.项目应解决社会需求，创造新产品和商业模式，并推动制造业、农业、医疗、能源和环境保护等关键行业的转型。同时，还应促进数字技术与教育、医疗、交通、金融和文化交流的融合。Projects should address social needs, create new products and business models, and promote the transformation of key industries such as manufacturing, agriculture, health, energy, and environmental protection. They should also facilitate the integration of digital technology with education, medical care, transport, finance, and cultural exchange.

2.项目必须符合道德规范，合法合规，且不包含任何违反中国法律或法规的内容。所有涉及的发明、专利技术和资源必须具备相应的合法知识产权和专有权。提交抄袭或盗版作品的参赛者将被取消比赛资格，退还已获得的任何奖项，并承担所有法律责任。Projects must be ethical, legal, and free of any content that violates Chinese laws or regulations. All inventions, patented technologies, and resources involved must have the attendant legal intellectual property rights and proprietary rights. Entrants who submit plagiarized or pirated entries will be disqualified from the competition, forfeit any awards received, and shall bear all legal liabilities.

3.参赛者年龄需在35岁以下（出生于1990年3月1日之后）。Entrants must be under 35 years old (born after March 1, 1990).

II. Competition Rules参赛规则

1.比赛仅接受团队报名。所有参赛者必须以2至15人（包括队长）的团队形式参加。一个团队可以由来自多个学院的成员组成。所有参赛者必须是团队的核心成员。The Competition only accepts team entries. All entrants shall participate as teams of 2 to 15 members (team leader included). A team may be formed by members from more than one college. All entrants shall be core members of the team.

2.参赛者必须是目前在外国机构注册的学生，或者在过去五年内（即2020年之后）毕业的学生。申请由团队负责人提交。一个团队只能代表一个外国机构，该机构为团队负责人目前就读或毕业的机构。在这种情况下，外国机构指的是位于中华人民共和国境外、具备提供高等教育和授予学位资格的高等院校或职业学校。在外国机构注册的学生是指已在国外大学注册并学习、有资格获得学位或文凭的学生。Entrants shall be students who are currently enrolled at a foreign institution or those who have graduated within the past 5 years (graduated after 2020, the same below). The application shall be submitted by the team leader. A team shall represent only one foreign institution in which the team leader is currently enrolled or has graduated from. In this case, a foreign institution refers to a higher education institution or vocational school that is located outside of the People’s Republic of China and is qualified to provide tertiary education and award degrees. A student enrolled at a foreign institution refers to a student who has registered and studied at a foreign college and is qualified to receive a degree or diploma.

3.所有提交的作品将根据参赛者学历分为：本科生或研究生。作品将进一步根据项目阶段分为：创意组和创业组。所有参与的学院应指导参赛者正确填写申请并参加合适的项目组别。All submissions will be classified into one of the following two categories depending on the entrants’ academic status: Undergraduate or Postgraduate. The submissions will be further classified into two sub-categories based on the projects’ business stage: Idea Stage and Startup Stage Projects. All participating colleges shall instruct entrants to correctly fill out the application and register in the appropriate category.

4.本科生组的团队负责人和成员目前必须是本科生。研究生组团的队负责人必须是当前的研究生,其他团队成员应为当前的研究生或本科生。The applicant leader and members must currently be undergraduates students.The applicant leader must be a current postgraduate student. The other team members should currently be postgraduate students or undergraduate students.

5.创意组项目要求具有创意；拥有成熟的产品原型或服务模式；在2025年4月29日之前尚未完成商业注册或其他类型的注册。Idea Stage Projects are projects that: are creative; have mature product prototypes or service models;have not completed business registration or other types of registration on or before April 29, 2025.

6.创业组项目要求是已完成商业注册或其他类型注册的项目（截至2025年4月29日）。申请人必须是团队负责人，初创企业的法定代表人，并且是目前的本科生或在过去五年内获得本科学位的学生。Startup Stage Projects are projects that have completed business registration or other types of registration (before April 29, 2025).The applicant must be the team leader, the legal representative of the start-up and a current undergraduate or an undergraduate student who has graduated with an undergraduate degree within the past 5 years.

III. Competition 参赛流程

国际参赛作品将与来自中国大陆及香港、澳门、台湾地区的参赛作品一同评审，但会单独排名。比赛将分为以下三个阶段：报名参加、在线评审和现场竞赛。I nternational entries shall be evaluated alongside entries from Mainland China as well as Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions of China, but ranked separately. The Competition will be divided into the following three stages: review of eligibility, online evaluation, and on-site competition.

1.2025年6日3日前提交报，参赛者必须提交PPT格式的商业计划书，并可以选择提供Word格式或1分钟视频作为补充材料。所有参赛材料和现场答辩应使用中文或英文，并发送至邮箱：miaxu@hnu.edu.cn。Submit before 3rd June, 2025. Entrants must submit a business plan in PPT format and can also choose to provide the plan in Word format or as a 1-minute video as supplementary materials. All entry materials and on-site defense shall be in Chinese or English and send to Email: miaxu@hnu.edu.cn.

2.网络评选，组委会将审查国际参赛者提交材料的资格和真实性。Online evaluation.The organizing committee will review the eligibility and integrity of the submitted materials from international entrants.

3.决赛路演，网评将选出的优秀项目将参加现场决赛。如果无法参加现场比赛，最终评估和答辩将以在线形式进行。决赛采用“8+7”模式，评委将根据评分规则对项目进行打分，最后决定比赛结果。Final competition. Exceptional projects selected during the evaluation period will participate in the on-site finals. If participation in the on-site competition is not possible, the final evaluation and defense will be held in the form of an online.The "8+7" model is used in the final. The judges will core the project through scoring rules and finally decided the competition's result.

三、赛事奖项 Competition Awards

1.我们为所有参赛队伍提供奖项证书，包括一等奖、二等奖、三等奖和优秀奖。We offer awards certificate to all the participated teams, which include the first prize, the second prize, the third prize and the merit award.

2.所有参与的团队都将获得我们资深创新与创业教授提供的免费项目顾问和培训，并直接受邀参加全国创新与创业竞赛。潜在项目有机会获得资金支持，以进一步发展。All teams which participated will have free project adviser and training from our senior innovation and entrepreneurship professors and direct invitations to national Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. The potential projects will have opportunity to gain the funds to support in the further development.

四、报送材料要求Application Instructions

所有参与资格审核的项目必须在2025年6月3日前将完整的竞赛申请表和商业计划书发送至官方竞赛邮箱：miaxu@hnu.edu.cn。文件建议命名为“项目名称+负责人姓名”。组织委员会将在注册成功后回复您的邮件。All projects participating in the qualifications must send their completed competition application form and business plan to the official competition email address: miaxu@hnu.edu.cn by 3rd June, 2025. The file is recommended to be named as "Project Name + Name of the person in charge". The organizing committee will respond your e-mail upon successful registration.
