一、项目简介Introduction
International Training Camp for Business Elite (ITCBE) is an international short-term program launched by the Business School of Hunan University since 2023. This training camp aims to provide professional training and practical opportunities for global international business elite, helping them enhance their business management skills and cross-cultural communication abilities, deepen their understanding of the Hu-Xiang culture, in order to better adapt and respond to international business challenges.
国际商业精英人才训练营（ITCBE）是由湖南大学工商管理学院自2023年启动的短期国际项目。本训练营旨在为全球国际商业精英人才提供专业的培训和实践机会，帮助他们提升商业管理能力和跨文化交流能力，深化对湖湘文化的了解，以更好地适应和应对国际商业挑战。

1.定制化课程Customized Courses
Tailored training courses are provided based on the participants' needs and backgrounds, such as business management, marketing, international trade, and cross-cultural communication.

2.移动课堂Mobile Classroom
Gain insights into the development of Hu-Xiang Culture and business practices through visits to historical and cultural landmarks as well as commercial enterprises in the region.
通过实地参观湖南地区的历史文化名胜和商业企业，了解湖湘文化的发展历程和商业实践，提升对当地商业环境和文化背景的理解。
