课程描述：
在管理工作中，存在诸多决策问题，而如何理性地使用有限资源获得最佳经济效益是管理过程中的一个主要问题。本课程讲述运筹学的原理、实践操作及其在管理决策中的作用，将重点讲解诸如线性规划之类的数学规划技术（单纯形法、对偶问题与灵敏度分析）、整数规划、运输与指派问题、图与网络分析、动态规划及决策分析的原理和方法。通过本课程的学习，学生将掌握系统优化的各种基础定量分析方法，提升分析与解决问题的科学素养，为将来从事各种管理工作打下坚实的基础。
Course description:
In the work of management, there are a lot of decision-making problems. How rational use of limited resources to achieve the best economic results, is a major problem in management process. This course is an introduction to the principles and practice of Operations Research, and its role in human decision making. In particular, the course focuses on mathematical programming techniques such as linear programming (the Simplex Method,concepts of duality and sensitivity analysis), integer programming, transportation and assignment problems,graph and network analysis, dynamic programming and decision analysis. After this course, students master a variety of basic quantitative analysis approach on the optimization of the system to improve the scientific literacy of analyzing and solving problems, and lay a good foundation for their future work in all types of management.
