健康证明 (体检表) Health Certificate (Health Form) |
护照扫描件（照片面和中国护照面）Scanned copy of Passport (photo page and latest Chinese Visa if applicable) |
无犯罪证明Non-Criminal Certificate |
英语成绩证明 Acknowledged English Language Test Result (Except Native English Speaking Country) |
若申请全额奖学金，需单独提交部分材料，材料清单参照奖学金规定 If students want to apply full scholarship, some extra materials are requested. Please see the regulation of Scholarship. |
