个人简介

   张龙,博士,助理教授,硕士生导师。

        研究领域包括:定性定量综合研究方法、人力资本、战略人力资源、组织行为学、商业伦理、创新创业、领导力等。美国管理学会(Academy of ManagementAOM)、中国管理研究国际学会(The International Association for Chinese Management ResearchIACMR)成员。其学术论文在Journal of Business Ethics, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Cornell Hospitality Quarterly, 中国科技论坛等国内外主流学术期刊发表、并在国内外学术会议作主旨报告。担任International Journal of Human Resource Management, Business Ethics: A European Review, Asia-Pacific Journal of Human Resources, Journal of Managerial Psychology, Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management (AOM)等国际主流学术期刊及会议同行专家评审。主持中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金项目1项。曾任澳大利亚体育学院管理系人力资源管理主任讲师、新南威尔士大学助教、澳大利亚湖南会秘书长、国际贸易公司市场总监。获韩国又松大学首届中国杰出校友代表“特别贡献奖”(2017年)。
